At Shade Review Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the initiation process.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
